Shipping & Ordering Info

To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping basket and enter your credit card or paypal information.
Most orders (w/ any printing/embellishment on them) ship within 3-7 business days depending on quantities of order.
Most Non printed items ship same or next business day.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges -
We pride ourselves in carrying unique, high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, if for some reason you are not happy with your order, we will be happy to exchange, refund or credit back your purchase - as long as it is an item that has been ordered blank/does not have any of our custom designs, logos and/or graphics applied to it.
*Please Note - We cannot except returns/exchanges on any of our merchandise that has any of our custom logos, designs and/or graphics on them as each and every order is unique and is hand applied after it is received/per individual order.
We also can not accept returns/exchanges on any of the "Body Basics & Performance Wear" as these are considered under-garments and are non-returnable/non-refundable.
If your order is received with the wrong design/graphic, sizing and/or color than what you clearly ordered, please contact us immediatley and we will be happy to refund/exchange item(s) per your request.
Please choose your designs/graphics, colors and sizing carefully.

We will accept authorized returns within 7 days of receipt, as long as the item(s) are unused, does not have any of our custom designs/graphics applied to them and are preferably returned in the original packaging.

Methods of Payment -
We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

We also accept cashier's checks and personal checks.
Personal checks must clear bank before order is fulfilled and shipped.
In the event you would like to use a personal check or cashier's check, please call, send us a note or email regarding the items/sizes, etc... you would like to order.

Shipping/Delivery Time -
If you require rush delivery, please call or email us immediately for special arrangements.

The Cheerleading Source uses UPS Ground or Priority U.S. Mail for most shipping within the United States.
We have that found these shipping options provide the best value and reliability for our customers.
We ship most orders for a flat rate of $9.95 in the continental U.S. (Alaska & Hawaii $14.95).
If you desire more rapid delivery, we can ship 2nd day air or overnight in most cases and to most destinations. There is additional cost to ship overnight or 2nd day air and we would be happy to discuss that with you, please contact us.
Shipping (on non rush deliveries) for all orders over $200 is free.

We use the United States Postal Service to ship packages to APO and FPO addresses.

Canadian residents/orders shipping to Canada, please call us directly for a shipping quote. We ask that you review the quote and specifically approve the costs prior to processing for shipment.

At this time, we cannot ship outside the U.S. or Canada.

Sales Tax -
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of California (7.25%).

Care/Wash Instructions - It is recommended that garments are washed inside out.
Do not use "Oxy-Clean" or similar type product when washing any garments that have any designs/custom printing on them. For white colored items, bleach and most any reg. type laundry detergent is fine.
If need ironing - Iron all graphics/printing inside out.
*Please choose your sizes, colors & designs carefully.
**When choosing sizing, allow for some shrinkage (up to 5%) when it comes to most cotton items.
It is of our opinion that many items tend to run on the smaller size scale (measurements are provided on most all items). When in doubt, buy a size up (or possibly two!).
***We can not accept returns/exchanges on Any items that are embellished with any of our designs/logos, custom imprinting or rhinestones on them, as each and every order is unique and is printed/applied after it is received, per individual order.
****Please also note returns/exchanges on any of the "Body Basics & Performance Wear" will not be eligible for a return/exchange if they are not returned with tags & packaging intact and in Un-worn condition.
If your order is received with the wrong design, imprint, sizing and/or color than what you clearly ordered and received, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to return/exchange item(s) per your request.
